"I arrived for my 9:30am visit on time and after waiting 3/4 of an hour, I asked the desk when I would be seen by the doctor. A tech took me into a room and I asked the technician when I would be seen since my appointment was at 9:30am and it was already 10:15am, and she said there were still three people ahead of me who had not been seen. She said it could be more than another hour and I left since there is no respect for the patient or their time. What is the point of setting appointments they don’t honor? If they even try to charge for this appointment that they did not honor, and since I wasn’t seen by anyone there, will report them to Medicare."
"My original eye doctors was Optomology Physicians and Surgeons which was bought out by ReFocus, I had a 1:00pm appointment at this new location on Durham Rd. When I arrived there was at lease 6 people in front of me waiting, needless to say it was an hour wait to be called in only after I complained that 3 more people who arrived after me were called in before me. Refocus needs to stop scheduling more patients than they can handle each hour. Will give them one more chance before switching elsewhere."
"My visit when very smoothly. Dr Soll and his staff are very courteous. Results of my testing were discussed to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, my review is being edited because I have attempted multiple times to get a copy of an itemized bill of my office visit for FSA purposes and I am unable to get someone from the billing department to answer the phone. There are no voicemail or email options either. This is an important matter and it looks like I will be forced to go to the office directly and that is an inconvenience because I work during the day."
"I called for an emergency appointment. I was seen and treated within a few hours. Dr Bano was very thorough and pleasant. The girls in the office were also very helpful."
"I have no complaints about Dr. Bano, she does a great job. But everything else there is just a nightmare! My daughter had an appointment over 2 months ago, and we ordered contact lenses. After a few weeks of waiting (and the office was not returning my calls) they told me I didn't order anything. I agreed that this could've been a misunderstanding. On April 24th they placed a real order. After many calls to the office I was told they had a cyber attack and all the orders were erased. So they placed the order again, and I have not heard from them again. Yesterday I called the office and spent about 40 minutes on the phone waiting for them to find the order. I doubt the order was found, but I was told that office manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me. By the time we'll get the lenses my daughter will need another prescription, if we ever get them at all. All I want now is to get my money back, order lenses from a different place where they treat customers with respect, and never ever return to this place! P.S. I just got a text message that contact lenses are ready for pick up. At last! After over 2 months..."
