When my Mom fell, Dr. Cooke said she was sorry to hear that - no coordination of care, no follow up, no assistance with rehab, nothing. Good luck with this one. You can do better."

"I was her patient for over 5 years. I suffer from severe Endometriosis and she said “oh I don’t know anything about that” and scoffed at the idea narcotics are prescribed. The women had 5 years to educate herself. I was diagnosed in her practice by Amy Furlong with PTSD and Anxiety Disorder. Dr. Cook made me feel like a drug seeker. She actually told me “You’re making it out to be a bigger deal than it is” I left in tears and in a full blown panic attack. I do not recommend her if you have any time of chronic conditions."
