"Dr. Mikulski is very thorough and takes time to explain everything and listen. His nurse practitioner is also very pleasant and willing to listen and provide feedback. The medical staff have been excellent. The front desk staff; however, needs to be trained on how to better communicate with the patients. I try to get matters resolved on my own and be the least bothersome. However, when I need assistance from the front desk workers am always met with an attitude. Mind you I only call when I have no other choice. Cringing at the thought of calling for an appointment or in need of assistance is not how patients should feel . Truly considering getting another doctor only because of this issue. I see im not the only person who has encountered this type of treatment. With that being said you would think that the practice would address the matter and get it resolved."
"Dr. Mikulski has been my family doctor for at least 5-6 years. He has been an immense help in my life. He is analytical and cares about his patients. When administering medication he thoroughly considers the impact that the medication may have on his patient and whether the side effects are outweighed by the benefits. I recommend him to everyone."
"Dr. Mikulski seems like a good guy, unfortunately that's all I can say. I have never called and not been placed on hold. When I did speak with the front desk they were rude and unprofessional. I feel that if the doctor truly cared for his patients, he would be sure his staff provided them with courteous communication. In my case, I was asked to drive to a separate lab for bloodwork, I took time off of work and drove from Philadelphia to the lab. When I arrived, I was told I needed to have been fasting. This information was not provided to me ahead of time. Of course the front desk disagreed and was quite condescending when I asked them to please inform me in the future. Needless to say, I have decided to find another doctor."
