"This company is A++ in my book. On a Friday morning, called around to 5 other companies & none could get anyone out until Monday unless I paid another $200+ for after-hours call to send someone out on Saturday. Called Crosby's & they had their driver, Caleb, push back the call he was already going to just so he could come out to my house first. He was very kind & informative throughout the entire process. I ended up needing a new septic pump along with a pump out. Pricing was reasonable with everything that needed to be done. Crosby's will always be the first I call for any septic needs from here on. 1000% recommend this company!!"

"Crosby's Septic Services team is awesome. Answered every time I called and returned calls when promised. Team was right on time for service (with a 45 min call ahead notice call). I called as I thought my septic was draining slow when tub used in house. I explained I looked in the inspection pipe and there was some water coming up but not overflowing. Michael offered to come out same evening! We decided it was not emergent and they came out a couple days later. Service was professional and the man pumping answered all my questions with expertise. Turned out it was the filter in the system. Would recommend without reservation - this is your guy!"
