Reviews
"Julie is an amazing physical therapist! I saw her to fix a shoulder impingement. She immediately identified some problems with how I was carrying my shoulders and then had me doing exercises to build up strength in the weak area near my shoulder blades. She also had a lot of tricks to try beside just muscle strengthening. I saw her twice a week for a few weeks and then shifted into weekly visits for a couple months. The results were pretty immediate, but I didn't want to stop because for the first time in my life somebody was teaching me how to correctly carry my shoulders. She is really good at explaining the way the body works, making it easy to understand and visualize. She's also deeply engaged in the field physical therapy and is constantly reading and learning about new research and techniques. I have a really complicated foot problem and decided I'm going to go back to see if she can help me before trying another surgery on it. I've had a lot of injuries from a fairly active lifestyle and Julie is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with."
