It was easy to use the online portal, spoke to a very nice woman to schedule. Once at the office everyone was very nice, the front desk staff was also very courteous and helpful. The Doctor, Nurse/Assistant were all very professional and extremely courteous. We were very impressed with how they worked together as a team and treated us so well.
