"PA’s and Nurse Practitioners have no business in psychiatry when they refuse to prescribe anything other than something controlled but are quick to start you on an antipsychotic when you’re not even diagnosed with anything that qualifies you for that."
"Always welcomed with smiles upon check-in by polite and helpful staff. Dr. Esposito is awesome with my son (7) and is very flexible with getting back to us between appointments when issues have come up. Michelle Taylor is also amazing, and I have been seeing her for over a year. Very thoughtful and insightful with regular appointments available."
"Day of cancellation. Next appointment with any counselor was a month out."
"I have no issues with the scheduling or the staff. My issue is with my treatment. I saw Kevin Kassick 4 times. After my last visit I canceled all future visits because I was getting absolutely nothing out of it. Looking on their website after the fact, I see Mr Kassick is an addiction specialist. I am not an addict. I was there to deal with a bit of a midlife crisis and also because I had just experienced some trauma from an abusive relationship with someone with NPD. I wanted to deal with my crisis, and understand more about NPD such as how can I can recognize and avoid these types of people and relationships in the future. Mr Kassick may be an excellent counselor in regards to addiction. I wouldn't know. As far as my issues are concerned he had very little to offer me. I did not feel he was invested in me at all. I felt he appeared bored at times. He asked me no probing questions about myself. He didn't have any exercises to offer me other than some psych 101 stuff that I could have gotten off the internet such as snapping a rubber band around your wrist if you have intrusive thoughts, or writing a letter to your abuser but not mailing it. My point is we were not well matched as patient and counselor, and I would have appreciated it had he said so sooner and not wasted my time and money."
"I don't like giving BAD reviews, but I'm a little irritated, well, actually mad. My son had an appointment in June to do a video chat with a therapist at Affiliates. I was supposed to receive an email the day of the appointment, but never did. They never called for the virtual appointment. I called the next day and was told that we were a no show, and they sent the email. Made a second appointment, giving them the benefit of the doubt, in July, again, no email again and no phone call to even check that maybe something isn't working with receiving the email. I feel that is bad service on their end and my son was going to be a new patient there. You would think that maybe someone would call because obviously when I call I get told it was a no show."
