"I had my finger prints documented at this location. This was my first time using USPS for fingerprints. I believe it is a great service to be provided by the Federal Government. The cost was $50. I was helped by Nicole, she was great! I was lucky to have nobody behind me in line. The electronic pad that collects the print was temporarily frustrating because it had stopped sensing during my last 4 prints. Nicole was great at trouble shooting. Maybe a future solutions consultant?? As a tax paying citizen I am happy with my experience in Browns Mills. I will say if someone was behind me it would have been much more stressful, and I could have not been successful with my important prints."

"Love this Post Office. While it's a bit hidden behind Rita's and could probably use a bigger sign helping people get there, it's really an awesome little place. The staff is always helpful and courteous and provide the best service. They also do passport appointments if you need that done."

"Bad customer service and ignorance received from the manager Lori. Returned my mail because my box was full with mail that they placed in there for other addresses and people I don't know.I am a fair person and I bothered by small matters but when you start attacking me unwarrantedly it is a whole different ball game.The post office is generally a peaceful place and the last place I thought I'd have an argument with someone.On the positive side,I thank Orelly for tending to my concerns in a professional manner."
