"Please don’t move here. They give you a hard time about everything. Charged me thousands in extra charges for anything they possibly can. They won’t come to you with any issues, they will just charge you. I was charged unresisted guest charges for 3 months wrote multiple letter and they won’t give me my money back even tho no guest was in my house .. also I just got charge 100 dollars for throwing away a tv box … 100 dollars, yup! So unless you want them to take your money and treat you like trailer trash please stay far away from here! They also like to sell broken trailers. & there is a million cats so everything smells like cat pee."

"Any issues get addressed, it's a nice community and safe and the owners and staff care about the place a lot. I've been very happy with everything they have to offer!"

"Have not been there just spoke on the phone, my mother was there and she said that the young lady in the office Brianna Calyton, is a very nice young lady who is very professional, my mother says that this community is a very clean and beautiful development for anyone looking for a nice place to live with your family."

"Very nice place to have a family very nice people there I won't say hello but I have a family member that lives there, the only thing they need to improve on as security cameras because of the murder that took place. Other than that I haven't heard anything bad about it and it's always been fun when I'm there and there's lots of deer around for kids to look a look around that at night time and in the mornings on nice walks."
