"Edit: my wife and I both call about the same time and get two different answers. The guy in on the phone with basically called me a liar when I tracked the bud and seen it was back at the school 30 minutes late. My wife was told they had to make two trips so that person seemed honest and that made sense. He assured me 15 more minutes at 7:57 at 7:35 we drove to the school. I would be embarrassed to tell people I worked here. Never answer the phone, it’s19 degrees it and the bus is 35 minutes late. No text or any type of communication with parents and tracking not has the bus almost back at the school but they didn’t pick I any kids in the neighborhood!!"

"Called yesterday to find location on my childs bus it was late and really didnt want to leave her in 17 degrees to get my other kids off to their school and gentleman in transportation office was so rude and disrespectful. Spoke over me and cut me off. He asked my childs name and i did not give to him because her bus driver is a bully and likes to pick on the children on bus. When asked to speak to supervisor he said he was and he was not the same gentleman to call me back stating he was supervisor another time there was an issue."

"Buses either late , constantly breaking down, substitute drivers who get " turned around" and lost ( bus garage's excuse). If I ran a company like this - I would be out of business! They are unempathetic to the families they service."

"Very unorganized hard to reach by phone, kids left without transportion to and from school without notice. They office staff who designates bus stops don't care about the children's safety. I was told transportation was a PRIVLEDGE. I even had to get the superintendent involved before and only then did they change their mind about having my childs bus stop across a four lane highway! Understaffed busses always breaking down"
