"The bus usually on time but was late today over 30 mins. Then the bus stop working had to get off and get on another bus so we are going be delayed for the time we were suppose to arrive. We schedule our bus rides for the time we have to be in another state because some of us have plans. But overall, they are mostly good any other time. Its affordable less than 100 for round-trip tickets. You can pay part of your tickets with your points when you reach that level. Most the time the bus are clean and decent to sit on. What can you expect from a china bus. I do appreciate their service despite the little mishaps here and there. It's convenient especially for non drivers."

"There have been three separate instances in which the 6:00 PM bus leaving Port Authority has not had air conditioning. It is hot outside. This is unacceptable; we can barely breathe on this hot bus. I’m also submitting a complaint to consumer affairs. These bus passes are too expensive for this to happen multiple times in less than a span of a week."
