"At least the new one in Westampton has a small bus shelter BUT it's still freezing in the winter, and there are no restrooms. Greyhound has gotten better in the past year, however. The buses ARE running on time, ARE cleaner and the assigned seat ticketing is MUCH better than the 'free for all' chaos that existed before. Kudos to the drivers as well. The ticketing processing fee is excessive however."
"The bus came on time! It was just a little hot! I had no choice but to hide under a tree. The bus left quickly after it came! It would be better to come early. I bought a seat, but it was taken by someone else when I got on the bus! What a waste of money!"
"The stop keeps changing so now it's on wood Street I believe around the corner from where it used to be ,they need a building for the customers that pay money for tickets and receive absolutely poor service. When it's bad weather the customers have nowhere to go to get out of the elements. The city of Philadelphia and Greyhound should absolutely be a shame of themselves and the poor service"
