"Calling just gets you a runaround of menus and full voicemails that never actually reach a person. Our recycling is a week late to be picked up AGAIN and I can't even reach anybody to figure out why that is or when it might actually show up. It's absolutely absurd that residents can't reach anybody within the township to answer township questions!"

"They have the worst people working there. From the time you walk into the office or from the time they answer the phone(if the answer the phone) everyone has an attitude. From the clerks office to the water company... The attitudes are the absolute worst. News flash people if we could fix our own issues without you guys we would and you'd be jobless! No one wants to deal with this nonsense from you guys. We're all human, let's start acting that way and have some respect for one another. Someone needs to do a secret shopper on them to really see how they are or call in to the main number you'll be amazed. Wow... Respect goes a long way. "Worst place ever. I try to be nice but they’re the worst. Tax search and tax assessor office are nice. Don’t believe me, go to permits on any random day, there’s a line of upset people waiting to treated terribly. Ask a question I dare you. They’ll roll there eyes and take their sweet time. They need professional people asap! They need rules that actually makes sense asap! They don’t even realize that willingboro could potentially be the best town in south jersey but no one there cares or believes it. Name one town that has what willingboro has or could have. Business center, colleges, state park, golf course, shopping centers, and best location to the base and major cities. The School is another story... They need people the believe in the town and want more than a paycheck."
