"A fantastic park for a short hike. The trails are light to moderate with some bumps and light hills. The lakes are beautiful to look at as you walk around and it is great for dogs as well."
"Great place for a day hike. A nice mile and a half loop around the lake that's takes about an hour. Easy to park at. Clean bathrooms and water fountains available."
"I knew this park was opened quite some time ago but thought it’s too small to check it out, until this morning when a friend said she was going for a hike there and then I gave it a try. Turned out that’s a very well marked, beautiful lake park with trails around the big lake and in between lakes. Views are very beautiful! There are shady trails thru woods and sunny trails thru meadows, all would loop up to 2 miles. Better yet, there are many fishing points you can easily access thru the trails to the lake for fishing and viewing. And the parking lot by the entrance is very neat, with pavilions, kids playground and picnic area on sides."
"This was a beautiful park! Two big lakes with plenty of trees and well maintained trails. I imagine it would be even more beautiful in the Fall when are the trees around the lake are changing colors. I saw multiple types of birds and it was just a very enjoyable walk. I went on a weekday and there were quite a few people I passed on the trails, but not too crowded. I'm not sure how it is on weekends though. It seems like it would be a popular spot because it's so pretty. There are multiple little fishing docks that go out into the lakes. I would definitely return here!"
