"I see reviews complaining about using the website. I use the mobile app for all credit card payments and it's never been more convenient. I've never had a bank offer an "accumulation" account that automatically pays off my credit card bill as long as a keep money in it. Been using it for over a year with not a single issue. The APY is significantly better than competitors. I think TD offered .02% while they give 4% annual. I also love that there's no overdraft fees if you accidentally overspend. TD would give me a $35 fee if I went $.01 over what was in my checking even if I transferred the balance the same minute to fix it."

"I went there today, no tellers. 2 new machines that you have to use yourself. I told the lady tgat I needed to speak to someone, and she wanted me to discuss my matters standing behind a gentleman by the door, standing up, she had a laptop in some make shift table. Yes, like I’m going to talk private business with a stranger listening to me. ( the guy using the machine right in front of the table"

"Fired all their tellers, replaced them with worthless smart kiosks, and they still are closed on Sundays. Like what's the point."

"Their online banking is horrible. They hide payment options under unrelated menus. Took a while to figure out how the transfers were set up. As far a paying credit cards, there is no way to tell if auto pay it set up, it’s either incompetence or corporate evil, trying to get you to not pay by mistake. The website also forcefully kicks you out even during a payment transaction and can’t tell if it was set up or I’m paying double now. I was thinking of setting PFFCU as my main bank, but if they are not paying their IT Department, I can’t trust that hackers won’t break in."

"Walked into the Marlton branch around 3:40pm this afternoon. Not busy. 2 tellers. Very nice teller offered to assist me while the other sat and held a personal phone call with her ear bud in. I listened to her have a personal conversation about whoever texts her various things every 6 hours. When did it become appropriate to sit on your phone while at work? What happened to rules/standards at places of employment? Poor work ethics being allowed."
