"I have several family members buried their but I have to keep cleaning and pulling weeds they are in the back section so it does not get mowed like the front does why call the office every grave marker deserves looking after once a month to keep the cemetery looking good"
"Beautiful cemetery! Very well maintained. Any issues I have had have been addressed in a timely manner. Truly a gorgeous cemetery!!"
"Before 2020 this cemetery used to be a beautiful place. I don’t know what happened after that. The grass is never mowed. It’s so high that it ends the grave plates so you can’t even see them. If we don’t come every month and trim back, around the plate, we might not ever find it again. I hope they can change their maintenance program and improve it."
"I went to visit my Aunt and Uncle’s grave site. The tombstone was completely covered by dirt. I know where the site is and I had a lot of difficulty finding it as it was completely covered by dirt. Who does that and doesn’t fix it. Unbelievable. Pics are after I hand dug the site. Crazy they do not care"
"If I could give this place no stars, I would. I made a horrible decision to bury my mother here. I paid cash, up front no financing, two days before my mother died because I thought this was a good place and because it was close to her parents. Boy .. was I wrong. In the past 9 months that she has been there, the “decorations” we have put on her grave have been destroyed, thrown to the side, and just recently, completely thrown out. And we’re not talking some quick flowers - live flowers because they don’t like artificial - I’m talking things that were hundreds of dollars. The response - check your rule book because we don’t allow them. Really?? Then why do I see most of the grave sites with decorations on them? I went through their dumpster and found the things I put on my mothers grave. The workers there threw everything out because they “couldn’t maintain the grounds with them there”. Interesting because almost every grave around my mothers has flags, lanterns, toys, all kinds of things - but her’s can’t. Got it - if you are going to make a rule, I have an idea - enforce it for everyone or don’t enforce it at all. You can’t pick and choose who has things on their loved one’s gravesite and who doesn’t . Don’t give us - oh it’s a curtesy. Either nothing is there or we can put stuff there. And finally- interestingly enough, I put a plague down that had something for my mother on it and I wrote on the back of it. That’s okay , but that flag isn’t. A flag that you can maneuver around isn’t alright but a plague that is on the ground (and moved I might add- put directly I. The center of her grave) is okay - because that wouldn’t get stuck in the lawn movers and potentially cause a problem. The logic doesn’t make sense here - make it make sense to me. I paid good money for you all to watch after my mother and eventually my father and you clearly can’t do that. Just dismissive of anyone’s concerns . And the funny thing is - even in these reviews, you see people with decorations on their loved ones graves. False advertising and no care about other people. Should be ashamed"
