"Takes forever when you have to go in. Employees are more interested in their cell phones than helping the customers. Went to pick up a hold mail request, mail wasn't there. Said carrier probably took it. Mail didn't get delivered either and they have also misplaced an Amazon package. Absolute clownshow."

"They suck. I dropped a package off on a Friday for a warranty replacement, the guy told me the package would be delivered on Monday, it arrived a week later. The place it was shipping to was about a 2 hour drive from where I live, so it took them 7 days to get an item that is a 2 hour drive away. More than likely they let my item sit for days before shipping it out and according to the tracking updates it's not like it was being bounced all over the place. By the looks of it, it seems like they waited 6 days to ship it and then it was there on the 7th day."

"standing in passport walk in line for half an hour. I'm the LAST person no one is behind me...comes my turn...black woman must be a resist asks if I have an appointment. i said no then she says we are closed now... AT VERY LEAST she could tell not to wait or serve the last person. what an ahole"

"This post office location moves slowly. There is always a line of people. I see one person working. They need additional employees here. If you don’t have time to wait, go somewhere else. And, when you finally get the assistance you need expect mediocre service with an attitude. The employee was rude. That’s the only way to say it. There is usually parking available."
