"Had a frustrating experience trying to find and visit the gravesite of our friend. After searching the lot, trying to find the correct grave, we decided to drive to the office to get help in locating our friend’s gravesite. The first thing the representative Donny directed me to do was to scan he QR code on his office desk and leave a positive google review. Donny then proceeded to show me the grave site on a map, and marked the site on a separate paper for me to take. He also told me that he was watching us (Probably on camera) trying to locate the grave, and said that we were in the correct area. On my way out, Donny again emphasized that he needs a good review. We then went back to the same area trying to locate our friend’s grave, searching for another 30 minutes, without success. Assuming that Donny was monitoring us on camera, we were surprised that he would not come to the site and direct us to the correct grave. Pushing a five star review seemed more important to Donny than assisting us in helping to find the correct grave. Very disappointing visit:("
"My father passed away recently. Living out of state I was very concerned with how the process of putting him to rest properly would be possible without traveling many hours back to Cherry hill. Eddie FaceTimed me and led me through process showing me grounds and site . Eddie was very informative and helpful in helping out with process. I appreciated his professionalism in answering all questions."
"When my husband passed away several years ago, I realized that, like so many people, I had never really given much thought as to our final resting place. After talking with a few friends, I decided on Locustwood since it was a well established memorial park with a good reputation. I had so often passed by and always admired the beautiful and serene setting. I recently decided to make some advance preparations for my own burial in order to make things easier for my family when the time comes. Having done that, I feel much better knowing that everything is in order. I was fortunate enough to have a very nice young man named Eddie McGlinn assist me with my arrangements. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and made what would normally be a rather unpleasant situation much more pleasant. It gives me comfort and just reinforces the decision I made in choosing Locustwood."
"Prior to my Dad’s passing in September of 2023, I contacted Locustwood to inquire about purchasing niches for both parents. My maternal grandparents are interred there and my parents desired to have this memorial park as their final resting place. Stephanie Glass has been my Family Service Counsellor from the beginning. She compassionately and clearly outlined several options and which allowed us to choose a beautiful area in the park. She periodically follows up to ensure that our present and future needs are accommodated. I appreciate all that Stephanie and the staff have done for us."
"Justin was very helpful I wasn't sure where my family was, and I had gotten lost. After a call, he had a map ready, and actually helped me find the plots of my family. Not only that, he explained the safer way to reach route 70. Locustwood is now under newer and better management. Kudos!"
