"One star is probably too generous. The lady who waited on me, the one who sat at the first desk off to the right of the counter, was unkind, rude, and condescending. Within 10 seconds of entering the office, I felt at though I was interrupting her day. Would it hurt employees to have a shred of kindness to those who walk in? Maybe crack a smile or TRY to be a little helpful. This is the problem with government employees. They can be rude and condescending, but they'll keep those jobs forever. You can't get rid of the dead weight. It's a shame. The clerk's office should be a representation of the entire municipal building. Maybe they are. If so, you've got a BIG in-house problem."

"If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I have never experienced a worst group of individuals. Starting with Nancy the "manager", all the way down to the last clerk. They are extremely rude, unethical and unprofessional. Too lazy to answer any questions. They speak to people in a very condescending way and are not willing to help. More importantly, I can't believe they still have jobs. There is no customer service whatsoever coming from these women, which makes sense because Nancy the "manager" if you can call her that, encourages nothing but discourteous behavior in this particular department. These women are here to provide a service but are enabled to do the opposite."

"Cherry Hill is a township in NJ run and staffed by kleptocrats and crooks, top to bottom. Avoid this township if you can help it. Do not move here. Pick a neighboring town or something further down the White Horse Pike. Cherry Hill is a prime example of what people dislike about New Jersey."
