Reviews of St. Bernard Roman Catholic Church
"This church is my salvation. Been a member for 40 yrs."
"I really miss the 4:30 mass on Sunday.Father Joe is a great guy. And always has a terrific homily.I hope were back soon."
"Where I was Baptized, Confirmed and schooled! Shame the schools closed! Like any business, if you cost too much, people must be schooled elsewhere! I can remember almost every Mass being filled with parishioners! Sad times!"
"If I could give St. Bernards a zero I would! The Deacon is beyond rude and irrational, I can't believe he calls himself a man of God. About a year ago I moved into Bernard's parish and at that time asked for a letter to be released to St. Matthew's parish because I wanted to get my son baptized there and that's were I practiced my faith for 25 years! Sadly, the monsignor that was there, that knew me and my family very well, had retired, so the new Deacon at Matt's said no. So knowing the true reason of registering (money) I just left it alone. Fast forward to present day, I'm trying to get right with the church and be on the "books," so I tried re-registering at Bernard's because according to my address I'm in their parish and the Deacon turned me away! He should practice what he preaches, how about forgiveness or repentance? The only one that will judge me is God! Officially done with organized religion! I can practice my faith in my own way!"
