"A great DISTRICT to be arrested in. The new 2nd District. Feeds their prisoners three times a day, and the prisoners get to choose from a menu from Olive Garden., Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse, or PF Chang’s. And no matter what you order it’s all paid for by the city. They really care about their prisoners because they truly believe they are innocent until proven guilty. Each cell comes with a thick mattress to sleep on and a 19 inch color TV with unlimited cable channels. They give five stars to this district."

The assailant was the kid in the blue hoodie fighting the smaller kid in the red shirt. The driver of the red vehicle is the woman in the picture with a plain black shirt next to the girl with a bloody forehead."
