"Post office courier does not actually deliver packages. An 'attempted delievery' slip is left in your mailbox instead of the mailman ACTUALLY attempting to make sure recipient is notified of delivery. The absolute least they can do is ring one's intercom system to avoid customer dissatisfaction. The lack of effort is not only astounding, but also EXTREMELY inconvenient for those who are unable to get to the post office before their closing time."

"(12/02/2023 10:45am) First time visiting doing a return & the “gentleman” at the counter has a very ugly attitude! And his attitude got even uglier when he got upset that I didn’t tape my bag up at home & when I asked if he had tape he replied be lucky if I do because that “isn’t his job to do so, it’s mine” If you don’t have great customer service skills don’t work at a job that involves it especially when the customer was never being rude to you. He needs a new job or at least be put in the back since he doesn’t know how to act upfront. Will be my last time coming here. I’ve had better service in Camden where rudeness is often expected."
