United States Postal Service 4410 Paul Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124

"I have never seen such bad service at a government office in my life. Josephine was the woman's name. She was the rudest person I've ever encountered at a front desk. She cussed at me and everything. The mailman who delivered our mail lost our mailbox keys and we had to pick up our mail for like almost 2 months at this post office. I don't know if she was tired of pulling the mail for this complex or what but like its not our fault. We were waiting for unemployment checks. Ever since the mail was getting sent here we started to not get our check we didn't know if it was the post office's fault or our unemployment office and we were just trying to figure it out. She wouldn't even go in the back and look for us instead she just cussed us out. So we had to contact our Treasury department. Don't you know at the final stage of us getting our mail there they handed us a big stack of mail and don't you know the checks were there. Please somebody tell me what kind of service that is. I don't know if that lady is burned out on her job or she's just pure evil. I will be honest though it felt like pure racism."

"We have a PO Box here for almost a year now. Good experience. Staff are pleasant. Packages always safe. Only observation is that they only have one counter working so wait is long on busy hours."

"Hate it here. They never deliver mail in time since there's not enough drivers for our route. They never answer the phone. I have a certified mail peice was out for delivery t 835am Friday, never got delivered ,it said next business day. Today is Tuesday and it still says "alert waiting delivery " since Saturday at 235 am."

"This post office really, really is unfair. I put in for a pickup I even put for how many packages the weight and how big they are. When my mail lady came she looked at the boxes and said ohhh…. I HAVE TO COME BACK WITH THE CAR NEVER CAME BACK. ALL MY PACKAGES ARE PAY FOR AND THEY ARE PRIORITY MAIL. Only 8lbs. YOU GUYS ARE A DISGRACE TO THE PEOPLE THE PUBLIC."

"Post office is supposed to be open until 1pm on Saturday and I get here go inside and it’s dark and not open at 12:05 , never ever have had any good service here over the years it’s a disgrace to be called a postal service"
