"I just finished a call with the CAO Frankford Ave and WOW talk about the rep being rude and disrespectful. You need to put your employees through better people training. He gave me very vague information and then hung up the phone like I was bothering him when I wasn’t even done. How else am I supposed to get the questions I have answered. Definitely not helpful at all. Seriously Mr. Woods you need to find another job because you are no good at this one. Do better CAO! Horrible"

"Security was rude unprofessional they let homeless people sleep in the building the girl security was saying she doesn't care that she just works because she knows she can sit there and ignore people the staff in the front desk were awesome they came out the booth and helped me fill out my paper work they where real professional and helpful but security has to go they need a new crew"

"THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO RECEIVE BENEFITS EVER DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY GIVE YOU LITTLE TO NO TIME TO GET YOUR PAPERS IN ON WHICH MOST TIMES THEY MAIL RENEWALS AFTER THE TIME THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE IN. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE I KNOW INCLUDING MYSELF. THE WORKERS ARE SUPER RUDE AND LAZY. ON TOP OF THAT THEY SOMETIMES WILL SCHEDULE YOU A PHONE INTERVIEW THAT THEY THEMSELVES DON’T KEEP OR THEY WILL CALL YOU ON A DAY AND TIME THAT IS NOT ACCURATE TO THE PHONE INTERVIEW SCHEDULE THAT THEY GAVE YOU. THE HIRING MANAGER NEEDS TO CUT SOME OF THE DEAD WEIGHT AT THE FRONT DESK THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE LIKE THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO DO INSTEAD THEY HANG UP ON YOU ON TOP OF THAT IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO GET THROUGH THEY NEVER WILL CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEN GET MAD WHEN YOU GO THERE IN PERSON AND GET SMART WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DON’T DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE HORRIBLE WORKERS UP FRONT."
