Didn’t catch her name but there were only two workers today. My mistake for going here to catch an attitude and ruin the rest of my day."

"I'd like to know if all the mailboxes in ZIP code 19111 use the same master key to open them since a postal worker had their master key stolen from them last week on Chandler St. as reported by the website Spotcrime which is very reliable, accurate and really lets you know what's going on in your neighborhood. Does every mailbox now have to be given a new lock? I hope the worker is okay but this is certainly a concern. Never any response from the postmaster of this location to reviews, whether positive or negative."

"I go days without receiving mail. This includes urgent mail I'm expecting and need. Some of it gets returned to sender for no reason. I went there to ask about it, and they were closed when they should've been open. The next time I went there, the clerk simply told me they didn't have my mail. Extremely unprofessional and rude."

"The service of this postal mail is terrible, yesterday, Friday, October 28, 2022, I was looking for a package that came from the IRS and a signature was required, they never left a notification at my house to which location I could claim it. The good thing is that I have the application of the postal mail and from there you can track the package. use the mail application to choose the option to pick it up personally at the post office that corresponds to my home since, as I work, and I was out the city the day was supposed to be delivery to sign it and there is never a person at home to sign the package. I went to the post office and they told me that my package I had the mail man and a young woman told me that her supervisor was going to leave a note so that the mail man in my area would not touch the package and would leave it in the post office so that I would come back the next day, which is today, Saturday, October 29, 2022 I went back to look for it, I arrived at the post office at 12:10pm and it was still 1:30pm. one and they are not honest to tell the truth or to help the client. I know that nobody waits even 10 minutes for a supervisor to talk to a client but I think I will go to record gines for as long as I wait since I have patience but this is not fair to anyone at 1:35 pm another supervisor appeared to talk to me and say that he would be investigating where the package is since the other supervisor was so ignorant that she left the building for not talking to my face. I can say that the only young man who assisted me and he is so professional that he seems more of a supervisor since he was looking everywhere for my package his name is steven thank you for your help really. I told the supervisor that if I were someone else he would have done me less of 10 minutes but because I have patience wait but with the time of others it is not played and that on Monday, October 31, 2022 I will see if it succeeds I had to leave my telephone number so that they can call me to see if it works the desire to give me my package the good thing is that they have a camera in the post office and they know the hours that I was stand and they will see when I left the post office."
