"I love this place. This was my first time attending. I will most certainly be returning for any of the special events they host!"
"I was in there 3 times in the last week, and I thought the cashier was doing a fine job, very pleasant very nice compared to the Boss Lady who belittled the cashier in front of everyone, not once, not twice but 3 times,I'm sorry but if she had a problem with her she should have taken her aside and repremanded her,not in front of whole store!!!!! Will Not Be Coming Back,!!!!! Oh and preceded to be rude to a customer as well"
"I donated most of my furniture when I moved. On the day of the scheduled pickup, they arrived three hours late and did not even knock on the door. The took the smaller items of what I had left out and tired to leave. When I asked them to come in and take the rest, they first claimed they could not take it if it was not on the list (it was). They were rude, and insulted my ability to speak the language. You cannot treat people like this when they are literally giving away stuff. I contacted the dispatcher about the situation but no-one reached back at me. An apology would have been appreciated. Donate elsewhere!!!!"
"I decided to donate most of my furniture when moving. The people who came pick it up were rude, 3 hours late, and did not even knock on the door to pick up the rest. They treated me like I was bothering them and insulted my ability to speak and understand English. I complained to the dispatcher and reached out three times but they never got back to me. I will never donate to them again."
"I called the number today asking for rental assistance. The woman in the line gave me a number to their Social Servjces Dept., who I callwmed and they said "I don't know why they keep referring people to us because we don't provide rental assistance, but since I have you on the line, I CAN give you a list of places who might be able to assist you." Shr had a 2 or 3-page list of places that was impossible for me to sit on the phone and jot down. I asked if she could email it to me as an attachment. **THEN I CALLED THIS PLACE BACK to tell them that their Social Services Dept. doesn't help with rental assistance. Here's the FUNNY PART... the woman said, "Well Ma'am, that's the number I was told to give out for rental assiatance. This is a DAY CARE CENTER!!" So, this telephone number listed on this page is a Day Care Center. They should have their own page advertising their center, NOT advertising the salvation army."
