"DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS! I made an appointment on-line and when I showed up I was told they do not take passport photos (despite being able to make an appointment online). I was told "they never took it down from the website"... The only place I could go to get a same day walk-in was the post office in Deptfort, NJ. Ended up going to CVS for my photo (they take walk-ins) and mailed it from a different location."

"I’ve seen subway cars that were cleaner and I’ve had PPA agents treat me better. This location needs to be shut down. This location is so poorly run that I finally decided it was time to call my Congressman about it. Do not make a passport appointment here. They do not accept passport applications here. It doesn’t matter what the website says. In the words of the postal worker I spoke to “go somewhere else.” Don’t expect any other services will reliably happen here or that they will even be open. They sporadically decide whether or not you’re allowed to get money orders here, send packages, buy the bonus insurance, etc. It seems to be up to the employees mood."

"It is unbelievable that people make an appointment to get a passport and they are happy to be closed all the time. they play with people's time and don't care. I had my passport appointment today and I find this taped to the door and the office closed."

I had appointment for 12.15 but was bit early .. they did take me before my appointment and went over in details for all the passport applications. they also have photo place you can click for passport. make appointment online or u can walkin but make sure to call them ahead of time for walkin timings."
