About the Business
Welcome to St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, a sacred place of worship located at 6740 North 5th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a proud member of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the United States of America, we are dedicated to transforming lives through Christ-centered, compassionate, and welcoming communities that embody Sacred Scripture and Holy Tradition.
Led by His Eminence Metropolitan Antony and our Dean, Mitered Protopriest Taras Naumenko, our cathedral serves as a spiritual home for those seeking solace, faith, and community. We invite you to join us in prayer and reflection, especially as we continue to pray for peace and healing in Ukraine.
At St. Vladimir Cathedral, our mission extends beyond worship. We are committed to serving and ministering to people as they navigate contemporary life. This is exemplified through initiatives such as our 2nd Annual Lenten project, which successfully raised $13,895 to purchase medical kits for Ukrainian soldiers, exceeding our initial goal of $10,000. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed, including a generous donation from the friends and coworkers of former parishioner Michael Bezney.
We encourage you to visit our DONATE page to support our ongoing charitable projects, including the Hope Fund. Whether it's through online donations, cash, or checks, your contributions make a significant impact. Please remember to cover any associated fees when donating online.
Join us in our journey of faith and community service. For more information or pastoral guidance, please contact Mitered Protopriest Taras Naumenko at o.tapac@yahoo.com or 215-927-2287. Together, let's continue to pray for Ukraine and support those in need. Моліться за Україну!
