"This is a nice and clean storage but whoever owns this place is a greedy scumbag. In one year my storage went from 193$ to 254$ and no one seems to know why. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Good riddance."

"Just about all these reviews are from people who have just moved in. They have yet to experience the ridiculous and constant rate hikes that this place engages in. Within the first year you can expect a letter with a 25% rate increase, to start. If you plan to use this place I would suggest JUST for short term use. Either that or do what the other renter suggests by working with a friend to move your stuff from unit to unit before the lease expires. It's what they force you to do with the ridiculous increases."

"Climate controlled portion is clean and nice and the staff has been super cool. The main negative is the greed of whoever is behind the constant rent increases. So anyone signing up read the fine print. Try to get a rate locked in because within a year or two you will most likely be paying double what you signed up for or close to it. In response to your response. Nothing for you to be sorry for. Just stop needlessly raising rates. I know you prob feel once you have our stuff we won’t move it all out. It’s just dumb that my buddy can rent a spot under his name and I can move all my stuff into his space at a cheaper rate. Just stop raising our rent or look at the ones you’ve jacked up over the past 6 months and roll them back to what they were. GREED GREED GREED"

"some background: i had written a poor review for snapbox the day of my scheduled move in after a less-than-ideal experience. after working with the team to resolve the issue over the past week, i had to come back to change my original review. i was really impressed with how snapbox resolved this issue. craig beckesh, the district manager, in particular has been so attentive — calling me the day after our negative experience to quickly gather more information on what happened and talk about how to resolve the matter. he has made me and my family feel very seen through the whole experience, and what started out as one more point of frustration on top of all the stress of moving has turned into something that brought us a lot of peace of mind instead. mistakes happen, but craig and the snapbox team's approach to resolving the issue and making sure that our experience was a positive one despite getting off on the wrong foot really meant a lot — and we're really glad to be customers at this location."
