"I was trying to book a trip to Costa Rica through this agency and from the beginning the lady name Margie was very rude to me. She had an attitude for no reason whatsoever. If someone is trying to bring business to you, why treat them rude? I understand people go to agencies all the time and never book anything. However that is no reason to be rude or disrespectful. I am still planning my trip and I will be more than happy to take me and my party of 14 people to an agency that is willing to give me a good deal and treat me with some respect. I do not recommend this agency due to the lack of professionalism. However if you decide to please deal with a different agent."
