"I’ve been to multiple public services but this one is different. I came to get an Apostille and I was expecting to see a dysfunctional service. Not the case here. The people working in this office, especially the nice lady at the front desk on the 5th floor, were super helpful to everyone who walked in. She personally took 10 people over to the computers and explained to them what they needed to do before submitting their paperwork. She was patient, polite and professional with everyone. She helped at least 20-30 people just in the 2 hours that I was there. She probably helps over 100 people in one day. She didn’t take a break. I had an issue with my paperwork and she provided an immediate solution. She, and the rest of the employees, deserve a raise."

"I sent my child’s birth certificate for an apostille and I paid for expedited after days I called to ask since I haven’t received it. No answer I tried to chat costumer care and she doesn’t even know where the package is and told me she needs to talk to the supervisor. How can this happened so hadn’t if I contacted them I would be waiting weeks, months or years for something I paid 8 working hours to receive it. And as am writing now I don’t have any information about the certificate"

This Government employs are unqualified people who gets Taxpayers money no matter how they work or how they preform their jobs! No one sitting in the office, no one answers phone calls, but they provide a phone number and no matter what time you call, they have an automated messages: “CALL NEXT DAY!” We have 365 days in a year and I am wondering what day they will be available to answer?"
