"As soon as I remember the trip to Niagara Falls, I would NOT RECOMMEND this company as much as possible!! ..and I don't want to write!"

"I bought a 'Niagara and Vineyards' trip from this office. The trip was poorly organized. Instead of the bus that was apparently used on other trips, one of the drivers divided us (25 people) into 2 groups of two vans, not buses, vans. The conditions in our vehicle were very poor. I couldn't even stretch my legs, and we had an 8-hour journey with obstacles ahead of us. When we started complaining, Mr. Wojtek kept telling us that only Poles complain so much. Well, I don't think anyone else would agree to drive for such a long time in such conditions. The meal was at a roadside buffet. Food of poor quality. For $12 we could have eaten better at Pizza Hut, which was quite nearby. The motel was ok, but over a 25 minute van ride from the falls. Which is very surprising to me, since we stayed one night, we certainly could have found something not much more expensive nearby. It would be better to live somewhere closer, so that we could go out alone in the evening to see the illuminations or cross the Canadian border. The next day we didn't even stop to visit the vineyards. We had to force the driver to buy wine and souvenirs. Vineyard tours and wine tasting were included in the package I purchased. Each of us had to pay extra for entrance tickets, the driver took $45 from us. From my information, tickets should cost $41. $4 difference isn't much, but with a group of 25 it's $100. And counting the total cost of the trip is 25x220 = 5,500. To sum up, my trip wasn't the best. Many people who traveled with me had previously been on trips organized by this travel agency and were shocked by the conditions we were in and the arrogance of the driver. They said that it had been great before and that the service and the guide were professional. We had a driver as our guide, who spent 2 hours with us in the van every day, told us about the attractions we visited, but it was obvious that she was not a professional. I hope that the conditions and location of accommodation on subsequent trips to Niagara will be better. My rating of the travel agency is based only on one-time service. Maybe someone else had a better experience. I was very disappointed, as were 24 other people who were in Niagara in mid-June with Amerpoltours. I think that the employees of this travel agency need to reorganize a few things and think about the standard, because when I keep saying that the standard in the United States is different than in Europe, I'm starting to get the impression that it is, but probably much lower."
