"Not a scam, just very slow and lacks proper communication. I paid for two day delivery but received my package 10 days later after i had to write multiple text messages and leave voicemails. The communication was poor, and I wasnt getting updates about anything. I needed the documents urgent, but it took a while. Anyways, I did receive them in the end, so it shows the website is legit. It's now August 8 and I still haven't received it and I live in the same state were vital statistics operates out of. I guess they're gonna blame it on the post office if they did anything at all I still haven't seen a copy and no one has answered my email in the last four days asking for a tracking number. They're lucky I haven't given them zero stars but you can't do are you zero stars! All talk no action $79 I am not impressed"
