"Not even worth living here. They jack your rent up every 3 months with extra fees. And don’t handle payments correctly on your account. Trying to charge me 4 months later for a payment I already made in December insane. This park is sneaky don’t move here."

"I had 6,000 stolen over years by their manager , conveniently they were bought by “another company “ so they took no responsibility and now when I’m leaving they are saying they can keep my deposit because THEY bought the land and so my mo eh didn’t come with it. They then threatened to not approve the sale of my home. They are spiteful and childish. They didn’t answer the phon when I called back after being hung up on and then when I called from my son’s phone suddenly they answer on the first ring. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with in my life. I have reported violence and drug use to the police and the management and they don’t care at al. They improve nothing but are happy to up the rent every year. Strongly recommended you DONT live in any park on Old Bristol pike because they own them all"
"My nephew and I have been here for a year and we really like it. We are in the H section and it is quiet and clean. It is also not near any high traffic areas but they're close enough as to not be inconvenient. It's also nice that we're near the Falls township park and lakes with a large dog playground."
