"Only 1 person at the window and a line of about 5 people and the one drop off was international and taking a long time to fulfill, nobody backed the poor woman up. You need at least two people at the window at all time no excuses. Didn’t have time to wait so left. Horrible service I feel bad for that woman all by herself"

"I was at the back of the line and the lady saw I had a pre paid label. and told me to just drop it in the bin. I said I needed a receipt but she said "they don't do that anymore at this location" WHAT? I drop off pre paid stuff there all the time and get receipts. Rather than fight about it with 3 people in line I just left."

"To the woman working at the postal counter today in Ewing, NJ - it was really unkind and inappropriate to be rudely barking directions at my daughter. When someone is unsure of how your system works, simply share with them the steps that need to be done to do a successful transaction. Our local post office prints the address labels for priority mail - and they take both card and cash. My daughter left feeling humiliated and in tears due to your actions and words. She had questions that needed answers she was no longer willing to even ask because of the service she was being provided. Could not be more disappointed."
