Reviews
"We started from the Gulick road entrance. Wasn't sure where to park as there seemed to be only room for a couple cars. But the trail map sign was there. You have to walk up this gravel road leading to a number of private residences, and then look for a trail sign that goes to the left. After walking through a path through a field, the blue trail starts. Not too long after that, the trail splits, and there's a "no trespassing" sign on a tree! Maybe it's just to warn people not to hunt, but it's confusing. I think we took the path to the left from there. Nice walk through the woods finally leading to the river where the white trail is. Then went the whole length of the red trail, and hooked up with the yellow trail. There was definitely a few places where it was hard to see where the trail was. Especially after we passed and abandoned house, the trail seemed to lead to a impassable swamp. We turned around and found a way to cross the river, and finally saw the yellow trail. Pretty much had to go by intuition, knowing that the blue trail was somewhere ahead of us. Overall, some really nice and unusual rock formations around the river area. Just would have been nicer if it was better marked in a couple places. Lastly, use lots of repellent! We found a bunch of ticks on us."
