"What an amazing place full of Loving and kind people. Because of their willingness to give through their donation services, I am able to live another week. If it wasn't for the people here willing to give I would have nothing and I would starve. I suffer from so much physical torment due to Lyme disease. When I was 18 my dad kicked me out. I ended up living 3 years in the woods. When I was 34 I started to self-medicate. I battled through fentanyl addiction, battled through the streets of Kensington and Allegheny. Abstained and remained clean for 1 year and one month so far with no desire to return. Now that I'm 36 and having fought for so long, my financial situation is destroyed. My family doesn't support me and thinks that I'm a joke even after having suffered first degree AV node block and having almost lost my life due to lymecarditis, walked in to the ER with 23 BPM, woke up on the OR table. Today my dad persistently threatens to kick me out and says that I'm lazy. Finding a job is really hard for me. No one seems to understand. The scintillating scotomas, the cortical spreading depolarization, the blind spells, the flashing zigzags in my vision, the intense nausea, the massive migraines, joint pain, intense neck stiffness, depression, the lack of motivation. I pushed myself so hard and yielded so little. I need somebody who cares, somebody who can help me fight. I am really thankful and appreciative for your services. Without you who knows where I would be."

"I have a friend who goes here. He started a softball team for the church, and I play, so I joined the team. Slowly, when my schedule allowed, I started attending. I grew up in church but eventually stopped. This church gave me good feelings that I've been missing. I felt welcomed, good fellowship, (everyone is nice), even love. When my schedule opened I started going more. Now I go bc it feels good to. They have a good community. There are classes for kids. A daycare is even attached! They have a detailed, secure system in place for dropping off and picking up the kids. Another good feeling! So far, I like coming here. I feel... peace when I'm here. In this crazy world, with the stresses of life all about, I could use the peace."

"Warm, welcoming, community of faithful, Christian, parishioner's. They led me thru some dark times! Inclusive, and many wonderful programs, to help heal, thrive, and solidify your relationship with gd. As well as a wonderful, children's program, and day care-scholastic program. They kids actually lol forward to church as well, that's amazing. Beautiful worship service! Music, talented beyond measure! Food pantry, many resources, we are a family, always looking to expand, spread the gospel, and welcome anyone that wished to worship, or strengthen their Bond with the Lord. Saved my life literally at times. I actually look forward to going to my church, it restores my soul, uplifts any worries I have, and changes the trejectory of my mood, and spirit every Sunday. Led by Pastor Al Rossi. He makes church fun, and you look forward to his intelligent, but understandable sermons! He is humble and approachable, and let's you know you are not alone, and can percevere through anything with the love and guidance of JesusChrist. Amen, come see for yoursel f!"
