"I am a case worker and assist consumers in linking them to services. I complete their yearly rent rebates and some of my clients need to have their rent certificates notarized. I will take my client to his office for free notarization and we are always treated with kindness and respect. Staff will notarize and mail their forms free of charge. It is nice to know that there is a place, I can take my clients that have minimum income, for help, and without being charged for services. I have gone to Tina Davis's office and do not get the same service as I do at Gene DiGirolamo office. Once I took a client to Tina Davis's office to have the rent certificate notarized and the woman told me that she could not notarize the rent certificate because the landlord has to sign it. I tried to tell her that was not true and she told me she has been doing this for 18 years and she knows what she is doing. If the landlord does not provide receipts or complete the rent certificate then the only alternative a person has is to have the rent certificate notarized. After that incident I never took any clients back to her office. It was a big waste of time."
