"You get ZERO STARS. From the time I paid for my parents stone 5 years ago until now, this place sucks. Leah Feldman did rectify the situation once it got to her attention, and I appreciate that. Overall not a great experience, and I shouldn't have had to wait more than 3 months for my mother's grave to be finished and the stone put back."

"The funeral arrangements were prepaid which made the experience much easier. I was sent a contract via DocuSign, I signed where I needed to and that was the entire process. However, the experience at the cemetery was beyond awful. There are colored arrows directing you to the grave. The colored marker ended before my mother’s grave and I could not find her grave. I called the Roosevelt Memorial office and whoever answered said “follow the arrows”….not helpful. Then told me that someone would call me back. Finally I got a call back but it was after someone from the funeral came to find me because I was lost. The result - I was late to my mother’s funeral because of poor signage and even worse customer service."
