"One of the ladies that work here is very nice but the other is really rude and gives a terrible service, she once threat me like an annoying animal even telling me that I already asked the same question twice and she already answered that, when I just wanted to make sure I understood what she said. The second time was a phone call ( I'm pretty sure is the same lady on the phone) I asked her for the schedule and she said they were already closed, I asked her again if the lobby door was opened just for the PO boxes and she answered with an attitude "we're closed" so I said "ok, can you tell me at what's the schedule for the lobby only? Is it the same as the desk?" And she said "I already told you that" And hung up on me!! Who manages this place? Why am I getting this type of treatment? Is this the type of customer service they're supposed to give?? Terrible service!"
