Either the officers in Kingsland don't need to take an oath to uphold the Constitution of US or they need a major refresher! Just because they "received a call" doesn't give them the authority to violate someone's rights. PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT A CRIME. There are video cameras all over the place. "Customer service ar Kingsland water departments has always been horrible from first visit I made to them.. Girls at front counter have very bad attitudes. Could not get a direct answer and was very rude when asked a question. I have never had not one good experience with them and I have been with them 10 years! City needs to retrain there employee's."
