"Ordered the trio in May. Received a confirmation that the order was shipped May 12th. After several weeks I attempted to contact the company to track the order and received no response. It arrived in late June in a soggy box and the contents were warm. I had no way to know if the contents were safe to consume and I had already disputed the charges. Because I used ShopPay/Affirm and the company has not acknowledged my return my account has been negatively affected. I have tried to reach out several times and I never get a response. The email address does not work and messenger on Facebook or their website go unanswered. Deserves negative stars"

"I placed an order on 10-13-2023 & current day I still don't have my products. Trying to email customer service is a complete joke I always get the "failure to deliver" return email. Tried to contact this company via messenger on Facebook "unable to send" msg. Tried to dm this poor excuse of a company via Instagram NO REPLY & that was 3 days ago. I'm going to simply contact my credit card company & dispute the charges THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered from these people on may 26th of 2023 this is july 7th its been over 2 months. No reply. Don’t look at the great reviews that they have given on this company they are lies. I ordered a bundle of 3 jars paid 60 dollars what a waste. Don't do it. If i could give no stars i would. Order at your own risk. I wish i would have been more thorough in reading the reviews i would have never ordered here. Next stop bbb. I am going to revise this a little. I finally heard from them and they are going to refund me. in a few days we will see. You all still need to have better customer service to let people know what's going on with their orders. "If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my bundle on May 19th, still have not received anything. I wrote in to their customer service and they have yet to respond. I should have stuck with the transformation factory because they would have taken long but at least I would know the status. This company needs to be reported to the BBB and FTC for false advertisement."

"I have not had such a good experience with this company. Ordered product on April 2, 2023 did not receive until 2 weeks later, wrong order. I ordered Mango, Pineapple. I received pineapple, strawberry. Contacted them on their error, offered to return wrong item. They said keep it, they would rush my correct order, haven’t heard anything and it’s the 23rd. Will not purchase from them ever again. Very non-Chalet about correcting their error and keeping the $36.00"
