Starbucks

"The guy working at the drive thru shouldn’t be there. Asked for a tip which I’ve never encountered at a Starbucks location. I could see if I had a big order but it was one drink and the store wasn’t busy at all yet the guy is just standing around chit-chatting and didn’t say anything as to why I’m waiting 10 mins at a drive thru window for one drink. Wondering if he purposely made me wait because I didn’t tip him. Going to avoid this location from now on"

"Slowest service was the only car at the drive thru at 6pm and somehow my 2 drinks took 15 mins as im waiting at the window while the person taking my order is busy talking to coworkers. No apology or explanation or anything and had the nerves to ask me to tip."

"I am grateful that both of the Starbucks locations I use the most are both great. I can’t say enough about the location inside Target on Berlin-Cross Keys Rd. I usually get an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and they do great with my customizations. I love it. * additionally, in early Nov. of 2023 my husband picked up a pink drink for our 8 year old daughter and the same day she got very ill. It could have only been the pink drink as she was the only person in our family who had it and we all ate the same food that evening. She was vomiting and had terrible pains in her stomach. I felt so bad for her. I’m assuming it was food poisoning. She was unable to attend school the next day as she was sick for a full 24hrs. My poor girl wouldn’t eat anything. Thankfully she did recover. I’m not sure what happened with her drink but my husband felt awful for getting it for her. We won’t buy that anymore from any Starbucks."

"Always a nice place to come in the evening for some quiet time. Whether just sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee or doing some work...I enjoy the staff and my downtime there. I do wish they had some comfy club chairs there... Maybe 2 or 4. That would be nice. ☕"

"This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too, I always order my drink ahead and it’s never ready when I get there to pick it up. This time I ordered ahead by 20 minutes with the wait time estimated at 5 minutes and I’m still waiting for my coffee when I arrived even though it’s not as busy as other times and there is a lot of people working. If you don’t have all the time in the world to wait for coffee then go to literally any other Starbucks or somewhere else. This Starbucks always has a lot of people working which you would think is great but no I wait far longer here for any drink no matter the day or time I’m here. Additionally, most of the employees don’t acknowledge customers and avoid engaging with them at all costs."
