To find out that I was also removed as an authorized user in the account. I was so upset but he kept calm which helped me as well. He assured me it will get worked out and it did. "I went to the store a week ago, sometimes I go in with my bosses phone with a stupid problem. There was a helpful young kid , I wish I had got his name, did it in less minute one minute. I had money in my hand to tip him, but would not take. Last week hoping to see him again , I walk in not seeing him , but there was a kid named mo, wow very helpful to woman in front of me, could not do enough for her. 5 minute s waiting a kid walks in with , im assuming their lunch?"

"After my recent experience, I can honestly say I will never go to any other T-Mobile store besides the T-Mobile on Blackwood Clementon rd. I was at a T-Mobile store on Crosskeys Road and the first words out of the reps mouth was, he cannot guarantee he can recover any information as my phone was completely smashed. The glass was broken as a truck ran over it. He then stated there was no way to recoup anything from pictures to documents, even though I had it backed up to the iCloud. We walked out of the cross keys road branch extremely disappointed. the rep had no knowledge of how to handle my situation and didn’t even try! In the beginning, the rep said they had a new phone I was going to purchase, but then when the rep saw my phone, he told me the phone I wanted was not in stock and that he couldn’t do anything. In a way, I am so glad the rep at Cross keys Road did not help us because when I got to the Blackwood Clementon Road branch, I knew I was in excellent hands. Jill saw my phone and went right in the back and got two brand new phones, and started her magic! She was just clicking away and then would hand me the phone and say change your password and then I gave it back to her and then she would hand me the phone and say sign in then gave it back to her and she would continue typing away, handing off the new phone to me as needed. Jill recovered all of my data, got me set up with a new phone and I was on my way! I have to say, the knowledge, experience, and customer service with a smile was the best I have seen in a very long time! Jill was not just Good, She was exceptional and exceeded my expectations! Great job and valued employee. Thank you!"

"I just have to say how AMAZING Rebecca is. I am came in the store this afternoon and the store was rather busy. Rebecca took multitasking to a whole new level. She was working with 3 customers at the same time and apologized for the wait. I was having issues with my watch connecting with my phone. She tried to connect it several times and it wouldn't work. She finally called in to Tmobile and was doing all of this while working with other customers. Finally she figured out that my watch was connected to 2 numbers. She did a reset on my watch and finally it was fixed. She made a point to not let me out of the store until she called my phone to make sure my watch was truly connected. She is the best!
