Established by 30 visionary members of the Cider Club, Liberty Fire Co. has a rich history rooted in community service and resilience.

Our station is an integral part of the Bangor Fire Department, responding promptly to emergencies, such as the recent dwelling fire on Market Street, where our coordinated efforts with neighboring fire departments helped bring the situation under control. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who assisted us in this endeavor.

At Liberty Fire Co., we continually hone our skills with regular training sessions, including search and rescue techniques and positive pressure ventilation, ensuring our readiness for any situation. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, as demonstrated in our recent training exercises at the Northampton County Fire School.
