"I recently relocated to the area and found out that my Honda Lawnmower has an open safety recall. I contacted Webers to set up service and was told that they would not complete the repair because I did not buy the mower there. I contacted Honda to see where else I could take it, they provided me Webers information again. I informed them that Webers would not service my unit, to which Honda said they couldnt refuse to complete a safety recall. I called back and was told again that they would not service my unit. I understand if I was in the area when I bought it and decided to buy somewhere else but to decline service for someone from out of state that moved in is unfortunate."

I was having a problem with my Honda Mini Rototiller and they addressed it promptly and professionally. I am pretty meticulous with my power equipment and when I arrived to pick it up after the repair, it was spotless. In addition, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable."
