"Always a great place to get quality plants of all kinds with competitive or better prices. Some statues, trees, bagged soils etc. helpful staff as well. Recommend wearing your yard or gardening footwear as they water their plants and it can get muddy during rainy days. Selection is constantly changing and they have all types of hanging baskets for sale $20 to $25 from what i saw and they range from large to huge and they are healthy plants."

"I can always get what I’m looking to buy. However, much of the stock is unmarked so it can be difficult locating an item I’m not familiar with. Finding the price of an item is a challenge. But, the owner and his two staff at the front are helpful and the prices are generally good. Also, if you’re looking for a center that’s neat and orderly, go somewhere else."

"I've been shopping with Platt's for several years now and have always loved the quality and selection of their plants. I bought a fruiting cherry tree from them last year that I'm absolutely in love with! It went into shock, its first year in my yard, and I was heartbroken. When I called Platt's and described the trees' condition, they were very friendly and professional. I don't remember the gentleman's name that I spoke to, but he was very knowledgeable about the trees they had in their yard and even remembered the specific tree that I was calling about! He recommended a treatment over the phone and told me that if that didn't work, they would refund me a large percentage of the price of the tree. One year later and my tree is full of life and cherries! Couldn't be happier, and always happy to support companies that stand behind their product and customer service!"
