"We used Byram Bus for our wedding. We had discussed times with them on multiple occasions, documented in emails. The company showed up to pick up guests an hour earlier than discussed and proceeded to call my fiance nonstop while we were taking wedding photos. Since they called 5 times in a row, he answered thinking it was an emergency, and it was someone from the company yelling that their driver had been at the hotel waiting and we need to tell all guests to be down in 5 minutes. My fiance told them the name of the person who created our contract and that we had agreed on a time. Once they checked, they no longer called us and waited until the correct time. Very rude and unprofessional."

"If this company didn’t monopolize the market and we weren’t forced to utilize them, I would certainly not be a “customer”. I’ve heard nothing positive from any parents of kids that take their busses to & from school. The complaints range from the shortage of drivers, drivers taking off before kids have sat down in their seats, drivers having to make 2 runs & the kids on first run have to sit & wait in the school cafeterias for 30+ minutes before and after school, substitute drivers that don’t follow the correct routes and arrive at stops at the incorrect times leading to kids missing busses, parents missing work because they have to drive kids to school, kids having to walk on busy main roads with no shoulder/safe space to walk to get to their stops, drivers quitting (not surprised by this from an organizational/management side of the business from what I have heard) and the company staff being downright rude if you call to discuss any of said issues BECAUSE they are the monopoly; it doesn’t matter if they do a great job or a terrible job, we are stuck with them and they know it and they couldn’t care less. If this was a business that had to compete with other companies to win the customer and get the contract, they would operate a lot differently or they’d be out of business."
