"Got here at 930 for my 1030 appointment. Didn’t get in a bay until 11. Then 8 people are just standing around a desk talking until 1130 when they finally start unloading the truck. Even then they’re just standing around joking and keep stopping unloading to talk and joke with other people. This place needs some actual management."
