"I took my lamp to this shop to get a switch put in, I go to pickup the lamp and the man tells me the cost is 70.00 and then without my knowledge charges me 85.00 and never says a word about charging 85.00,, plus he never tells me he was charging more than he stated or why he did this, nor does he provide a receipt. I didn’t mind becauseI know I can look at it in my phone bank statment. So I look at my bank statement and see that I’m. Being charged 85.00. I have to now wait three days ( because they were closed until Tuesday) to find out why I’m told one price and charged another. It’s stealing or was I just being disrespected? I am African American. I was the only person of color in this store, was I being taken. For granted? Was this intentional so that I would not bring my business back to them? I was highly disrespected when he did’nt think he needed to tell me about the price change, and he added to the price."
